I approach research through the interdisciplinary world of food studies. As a Graduate Student in Gastronomy at Boston University, my research interests include agriculture and environmental studies, oral histories and storytelling, material culture, political ecology, and wine studies. With a Bachelors degree in Anthropology from the University of Arizona, my primary method of research is grounded in cultural anthropology.
